Apr 25th, I was so glad that the shooting of our new project was very smooth. It is the trailer of the new campaign, pls forgive me that i cannot reveal more details now but I promise it is gonna be fun. In the trailer, there are 3 young people who talk about their dreams and how they try hard to achive the dreams.
The setting is what i am most satisfied with. The environment makes it look like something between Wang Kai-wai and Anh Huang Tran’s movie, vivid and reminiscence. My colleague, Beck, was very excited because he’s chosen as one of the 3 talents. Now we just cannot wait to see the edited video.
Send1 of the 3 invitation videos to a friend on your MSN, have a chat with him on anything that make you happy, low… and download a customized cute MSN icon to entertian your friends and yourself. Some thing surprise will even happen if you leave your seat and have a real talk with your friends. Working hours can be fun, all you need is just a cup of Lipton tea.
Team: Johan, Eyrie, Vincent, Benjiamin, Joe, Bob, Chanel, Ella
Getting millions of views, there is no doubt that “Office 嘻哈四重奏” is the most succesful webisode in China. Each story of it is about 10 mins long, showing the office happenings of several characters. The stories are exeggerate but still contain many hot topics which are very easy to let the audience, especially the white-collars, feel associated with.
Lego has done quite a lot of stop motion films, i guess it is a toy most suitable in the world to be used in stop motion animation.
But this one is special, it is combined with real people, and the complicity of making this is more than you can imagine. If you think it is made by CG, then you are wrong. It is shot by photo camera frame by frame, and needs great patience to arrange the movements and changes in each frame. Usually the shooting of a stop motion will be much longer than shooting an ordinary film. Recently I myself is handling a stop motion project for a glass retail brand, it will be finished soon so I will upload the work in my blog next week.
Anyway, enjoy this Lego stop motion film done by ex AKQA creative director PJ.
